Howard
and Marilynn Plucar - Since 1988 the Plucars have been on staff with
ReachGlobal, including
serving as regional directors in Asia. Howard now serves as pastor of
the Tokyo Musashino
Evangelical Free Church, which, in his words, is a "big-hearted,
multi-national congregation of people committed to taking the next step
in their relationship with God." Both the Plucars continue to shepherd
